What is Bionetics

Bionetics is one of the most complete approaches to the healing process. It recognises, and starts with the premise that the body is a wonderful natural machine, that when able to work as intended, will keep the body in good health and maintain a very effective defence system.

Bionetics is the science of communicating with the body's energy systems in order to gain an understanding of the stresses that are upsetting homeostasis or a balanced state. It utilises nutrition, herbs, homeopathy and diet to strengthen the body's natural defences.

For thousands of years ancient cultures have seen the human body as an energy system with the innate ability to heal itself. Modern day physicists have uncovered the scientific evidence to support these beliefs. More recently, Bionetics instruments have been designed to read these energy signals and identify the individual stresses and nutritional requirements. The main objective of the bionetics team, is to help everyone establish their own body energy balance, and enjoy a life full of well being, and free from illness, pain and suffering.

The Company

We are a small and dedicated team of practitioners, healers and business people who are passionate about helping people to overcome their health issues. Drawn from diverse backgrounds but with a common purpose, each member of the team brings their own skills with the aim of helping our clients achieve their goals. In each case we focus on achieving measurable improvement of the signs and symptoms of illness and lasting good health.

We have assembled the thinking, theories and equipment at the leading edge of nutritional therapy and energy medicine. Our aim is to make testing affordable, efficient and quick, and the results user friendly. This enables each client to gain maximum benefit from the service, without incurring huge expense or having to suffer long waiting times.

Our mission is to help our clients gain a better understanding of their body chemistry and energy fields. To help them eliminate those stress factors and nutritional deficiencies that are inhibiting the body's natural defensive system. To provide them with the help and assistance necessary to facilitate this process.

Consultant Practitioner

Julie Langton-Smith acts as consultant practitioner to Bionetics. She is a leading light in the field of energy medicine and provides us with advice, support and training for clients and practitioiners alike.

Julie’s career began in 1987—at a time when she herself was coping with the challenges of single parenthood. She studied Neuro Linguistic Programming at Guildford University, UK, which then led to studies in anatomy and physiology. During this time her speciality was working in the area of sports and physical injuries. In the early 1990’s she set up her own practice. She was able to tune into specific muscle problems and identify the source of pain and inflammation in and around joints. She then qualified in Nutrition and diet, kinesiology, Hyperton-X, (module specialising in enhancing performance), Bio-Magnetic medicine, Radiothesia and Radionics, including homeopathy, acupuncture and microbiology, Clinical hypnotherapy and EFT.

A qualified tutor of Anatomy and Physiology, Nutrition and Diet and other health care related subjects. She has developed a home study course in Anatomy and Physiology and Nutrition. Working closely with the Association of Systematic Kinesiology and the Federation of Kinesiology  Julie is a qualified D32/33 NVQ assessor and ITEC tutor in health studies and has since enjoyed teaching many students in Anatomy and Physiology. She now offers NVQ diplomas with VTCT as the awarding body, the benefit of this is that these are internationally recognised.

She has lectured at the University of Westminster in London and has appeared in a number of healthcare pages in Best magazine, City AM, Spirit and Destiny, BBC 1 House Call in the Country.

Julie runs private consulting rooms in Harley St, London and Horsham, W Sussex. She has her office laboratory near Dorking. Her Hypnotherapy CD’s for Health are available from Waterstones.

Julie continues practicing and teaching her healing modalities all over the world and has patients from Australia, Mexico, India, Europe, America, she also has corporate clients in this country ranging from local government to commercial and corporate organisations.
